1.1.When will I receive my local order?

After receiving your order, we will proceed to carefully pack the work ordered. This is manual work and may take some time, depending on how busy it is. We make every effort to keep the promised delivery time. In the unlikely event of failure, we will of course inform you. Shipments are sent by registered mail or by a removal company via separate tender. For these reasons, it is not always easy to predict how many days it will take to get your order home.

1.2. Which delivery options can I choose?

We ship our parcels with PostNL. The cost of shipping is slightly higher than what you might be used to. This is because we send the objects registered and insured. Some objects are too large to be sent by regular mail. For this, you have the choice of picking up the purchased object from us, arranging your own carrier or letting us make an offer for transport.

1.3. Do you also ship abroad?

We offer the possibility to ship to almost all countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically once you have entered your address details when placing your order. 1.4. I need to collect my purchase, how does that work?

If a piece is too big for regular mail, and you choose to collect the piece yourself. Send an email to info@vankerkhoff-art.store  or call 06-57635413 to make an appointment to pick it up. 

RETURN POLICY

2.1. Can I return the objects?

Of course you may return the objects within 14 days of receipt. Given that our items are all vintage objects, they are never new. The cost of returning them is borne by the buyer.
